 The Hirer is not covered by insurance for the equipment hired unless the Hirer takes out such insurance.

The cost to clean or replace broken glasses/crockery will be taken out of the bond.  Any bond remaining will be refunded to the Hirer.  Should the breakage or cleaning cost exceed the bond held, an account for costs outstanding will be forwarded to the Hirer.
